Etiquette Expert, Frances Arthur grew up across the US near military bases, having been born to parents who served in the United States Air Force. Her family finally settled down in the Middle Tennessee area and Frances has never had a desire to live anywhere else.

Etiquette Expert, Frances Arthur grew up across the US near military bases, having been born to parents who served in the United States Air Force. Her family finally settled down in the Middle Tennessee area and Frances has never had a desire to live anywhere else.
Upon earning a degree in Music Education from TN Tech University, Frances taught general music, music theory, choir and a high school flag corps for marching band in the public school system for eight years.
She has since taught in homeschool and homeschool tutorial settings. In her 36 years as a professional educator, Frances has developed a skillset which allows her to effectively teach government, political science, economics, American history, Twentieth Century history, grammar, etiquette and partnership dancing.
